Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker, and JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is a part-Italian. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and was featured on national commercials for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
